Private jet traffic at the Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) Aerospace Hub in Dubai is forecasted to reach a remarkable 18,000 flights by the end of 2024. This growth reflects the UAE’s ambitious vision of becoming a global hub for private aviation, bolstered by cutting-edge facilities and state-of-the-art technology.

This certification positions Falcon Technic to deliver world-class services in Dubai’s burgeoning aviation sector.
New High-Tech MRO Facility
Located within the MBR Aerospace Hub, Falcon Technic’s expansive 13,705-square-meter MRO facility is equipped with advanced technology capable of servicing a wide range of aircraft, including the Airbus A380. This facility stands out not only for its technical prowess but also for its focus on luxury and personalized services for VIP aircraft owners and operators.
Key features of the facility include:

Specialized Services for Aircraft Owners
In addition to its state-of-the-art infrastructure, Falcon Technic has introduced specialized shops catering to aircraft interiors, wheels and brakes, non-destructive testing (NDT), batteries, and aircraft painting. These enhancements aim to provide an all-encompassing MRO solution for both Falcon Luxe’s fleet and third-party operators.
Expanding Certification and Future Goals
Falcon Technic’s current CAR 145 approval includes servicing the Bombardier Global Express series within its Falcon Luxe fleet. The company is actively working to secure additional certifications for other aircraft models, such as Bombardier Challengers, Embraers, and Falcon 2000 Ex Easy planes.
By 2025, Falcon Technic aims to achieve CAR 145 Base Maintenance approval and European EASA PART 145 certification, further cementing its role as a leading MRO provider in the region.
